Animation is the process of displaying still images in a rapid sequence to create the illusion of movement of object in actual sense they reveal with normal living things.

4D has added a time and space concept to its dimensions. Animators are now capable to move an object around its own mirror  image. This has been a mathematical idea and application for some time, but now through computer technology, it has been launched into feature films and other animation projects.

Types

There are three main types of animation: traditional, stop motion, and computer generated

Traditional

Traditional animation involves drawing every frame of a film by hand. After all the drawings are completed and colored, they can be photographed or scanned into a computer and then combined with sound on film.

Stop Motion

The motion of the image can be designed in such a way that can stop at the given intervals. Animators manipulate and photograph objects one motion and frame at a time. The objects can be almost anything, ranging from clay figures to paper cut outs to household objects.

Computer Generated

Application of computer software to create films and models, which is generally faster than the traditional method.The entire programming code will bring the movie into the desired form that create many features aside and generate the technological technicians views  

Identification

The identification of 4D animation an image is looks like cubed honeycomb and a geometric figure that is closed and in the fourth dimension is referred to as a polychora.

Significance

4D animations there is added depth in shadows and how we perceive light on the object. The light hits a 4D object, the shadow that is cast is one that is 3D making the object appear to have more sides.

The idea of 4D animation is in the projection method, image is projected, and then we can study it with different lighting and shadowing to get a better visual for the special dimension.
